 His High Places, Inc. RESIDENTIAL VISIT CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have a balance due on your account at His High Places, please make your final payment by the Monday before your visit begins. If you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date, the monies that have been paid are non-refundable. However, they may be used for a future visit. You have 60 days in which to reschedule your visit, for up to a year in the future. You may also choose to donate the funds to our “Pay it Forward” Scholarship Fund.

Should you leave early (except for a personal medical emergency or death in your immediate family) your funds are non-refundable, as we would not be able to re-book a client for this time slot on such short notice.
